What does the $499/month project add-on cover?
Each add-on creates a new isolated project workspace with its own CEO, team, issues board, and budget. You can run multiple initiatives in parallel without context leaking between them.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Your card is saved at sign-up but nothing is charged until day 8. You get full platform access during the trial. If you cancel before day 8, you owe nothing. After day 8 your subscription begins at the rate you selected.
What is BYOK and do I need it?
BYOK stands for Bring Your Own Key. The platform runs on a capable AI provider by default at no extra cost. If you want a specific AI provider for your CEO, you can connect your own API key. Your key is AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest and never logged.
Can I cancel or pause at any time?
Yes. Cancel or pause from the account settings page. No support ticket required. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation if you change your mind.
What is the refund policy?
