ewpire is a pre-revenue, product-led platform that takes a founder from idea to MVP to AI-native traffic, on one balance, powered by a model-agnostic consensus that verifies what a single AI gets wrong. We are raising a pre-seed round and welcome a lead.

- The moat is not any single product – builders and AEO tools are already funded. It is the funnel plus consensus-verification: best model per task, cross-checked.
- Product-led, sellable without a sales team, the binding filter for everything we ship.

- Answer engines are replacing search – being cited correctly by AI is becoming the new SEO.

Built to be fundable from the US
US-based companies took roughly four out of five venture dollars invested in AI in 2025 (Crunchbase). We build in Europe and raise into that reality, so the structure is settled before the term sheet.
Delaware flip-ready
Incorporated in Estonia today. We flip into a Delaware C-corp on a lead's terms – the standard structure US funds underwrite, agreed up front rather than negotiated mid-diligence.
Global from day one
English product, USD pricing, self-serve signup. There is no home market to graduate out of: a founder in Austin and a founder in Tallinn hit the same product on the same day.
EU cost base, US market focus
Engineering and infrastructure are priced in Europe while go-to-market points at the largest AI market. The same round buys more runway here than it does in the Bay Area.
Capital-efficient by construction
Product-led, no sales team, and our own operations run through the consensus engine. A pre-seed funds distribution and model spend, not headcount.
