Test an idea with several models

Put a product idea to several AI models. They answer, critique each other, and one result shows where they agree, where they disagree and which risks come up.

The problem

One model's answer to "is this a good idea?" sounds sure of itself even when it is wrong. Before you spend weeks on an idea, you want to see how much of the answer survives other models reading it and pushing back.

How it works

  1. 01

Open Consensus with the Idea validation template and describe the idea: who it is for, what it does and how it earns money.

  2. 02

Choose the models, or keep the suggested set. The estimated cost shows before you start.

  3. 03

Each model answers on its own. Then every model reads the other answers, without knowing whose they are, and critiques them.

  4. 04

Read one result: the synthesized answer, model agreement, areas of disagreement, unique insights and risks, with every answer and critique open to read.

What you give it · What you get

What you give it

  • A description of the idea: the audience, the problem and how it would earn money
  • Files you want the models to read, such as a deck or research notes
  • The models you want in the session, or the suggested set

What you get

  • A synthesized answer on the niche, the competitors, the demand and the risks
  • The points where the models agree and where they disagree
  • A confidence figure with the method shown
  • Every model's answer and critique

What to know

  • It is structured deliberation, not advice and not a prediction. Models can be wrong even when they agree.
  • Every model call is charged at that model's price; the estimate shows before you start.
