AI Transparency Notice
1. Who this notice is for
ewpire (LeMans Labs OÜ, registry code 16872044, Valukoja 8/1, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia) is the provider of the AI systems described below. Users of ewpire who publish or distribute AI-generated outputs act as deployers and carry their own transparency duties, set out in Section 4.
2. You are interacting with AI (Art. 50(1))
The ewpire Ideation chat, the founder interview, and any follow-up conversation are powered by AI systems, not human operators. Where you interact with these features, you are interacting with software. This is disclosed both in this notice and through an in-product indicator at the point of interaction.
ewpire's analyses combine the outputs of several large language models with a consensus and dissent step. They are structured deliberation and estimates, not professional advice or guarantees. Market-sizing figures (including any TAM, SAM, or SOM) are unverified AI-generated estimates, not a substantiated measurement.
3. AI-generated outputs are marked (Art. 50(2))
Outputs that ewpire generates – including code and applications produced by the Validation builder and answer-engine content, FAQs, and structured-data assets produced by Traffic – are artificially generated. Where it is technically feasible, ewpire marks such outputs in a machine-readable format so they are detectable as AI-generated (for example, through metadata or embedded markers), in line with Art. 50(2) and the applicable Code of Practice.
ewpire implements the in-product AI indicator and the output marking before launch, not merely as a contractual statement.
4. Your duties when you publish AI-generated content (Art. 50(4))
If you publish or distribute content that ewpire helped generate – in particular images, audio, or video that constitute a deepfake, or AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest – you, as the deployer, must disclose that the content is artificially generated or manipulated, in the manner required by Art. 50(4) and the Code of Practice. This duty also applies to referral partners who promote ewpire using AI-generated content (see the Referral Programme Terms).
5. Editorial responsibility
You hold editorial responsibility for any AI-generated output you choose to publish, deploy, or rely on. ewpire's outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
