AI Transparency Notice

1. Who this notice is for

ewpire (LeMans Labs OÜ, registry code 16872044, Valukoja 8/1, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia) is the provider of the AI systems described below. Users of ewpire who publish or distribute AI-generated outputs act as deployers and carry their own transparency duties, set out in Section 4.

2. You are interacting with AI (Art. 50(1))

Chat, the Code conversation, Consensus (including the Idea validation template), AI Visibility and the Founder workflow are powered by AI systems, not human operators. Where you interact with these features, you are interacting with software. This is disclosed in this notice and in the product, where each answer or result shows the model that produced it.

Choosing a model. You can pick a model yourself or let ewpire's Auto mode pick one. Auto first decides what kind of task you asked for (chat, code, image, video, music or consensus) by fixed rules, without calling any model, and then selects a model by routing rules set by ewpire (by priority, price or speed, skipping models that are failing). If the first model is unavailable, Auto may use the next one in the rule; a model you picked yourself is never silently replaced, except that if the model chosen to write a Consensus synthesis fails, another model may write it, and the model that did is shown. The model used is shown before the request (with a cost estimate) and with the result.

Consensus. In a Consensus session several models answer independently, then critique each other's anonymised answers, and one model writes a synthesis. The result is labelled "Synthesized answer", with "Model agreement" and "Areas of disagreement". For formats that end in a position (such as General, Coding and Decision), a "Confidence based on model positions" is shown, calculated as 0.6 × the share of models that hold the main position + 0.4 × how close their own confidence ratings are; for Creative, Research and Debate formats it is shown as not applicable. It measures how far the models agree, not whether they are right.

ewpire's outputs are structured deliberation, AI-generated content and estimates, not professional advice or guarantees. Market-sizing figures (including any TAM, SAM, or SOM) are unverified AI-generated estimates, not a substantiated measurement. ewpire does not make any automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. ewpire also refuses requests that call for high-harm outputs and redirects them to qualified human professionals rather than answering them.

3. AI-generated outputs are marked (Art. 50(2))

Everything ewpire generates – answers, code and applications, images, videos, music, and AI Visibility content, FAQs and structured-data assets – is artificially generated. What is marked today:

Embedded machine-readable marking of videos and of non-PNG images, and marking of text and code where it is technically feasible, is a forward commitment that ewpire will implement before the obligation applies to the systems concerned, in line with Art. 50(2) and the applicable Code of Practice.

4. Your duties when you publish AI-generated content (Art. 50(4))

If you publish or distribute content that ewpire helped generate – in particular images, audio, or video that constitute a deepfake, or AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest – you, as the deployer, must disclose that the content is artificially generated or manipulated, in the manner required by Art. 50(4) and the Code of Practice. Keep the embedded metadata of downloaded images, and the watermark and provenance data of downloaded music tracks, intact where you can. A song whose vocals imitate a real, identifiable singer would be a deepfake; the Terms of Service prohibit creating one (§5.13(c)). This duty also applies to referral partners who promote ewpire using AI-generated content (see the Referral Programme Terms).

If you build your own application on the ewpire API, you are the provider or deployer of that application and must give its users the Article 50 disclosures that apply to it.

5. Content safety for images, video and music

Every image and video prompt is screened by fixed rules before any credit is held. ewpire refuses prompts that seek sexual content involving minors, intimate or sexual imagery of a real person, or a deepfake or face swap of a real person, including of a person shown in an uploaded photo. Music prompts are screened the same way for requests that name a real singer or artist or ask for a real person's voice, and Music does not accept voice or audio uploads. The model providers apply their own safety filters in addition (for music, including against copyrighted lyrics); a request they refuse is not charged.

6. Editorial responsibility

You hold editorial responsibility for any AI-generated output you choose to publish, deploy, or rely on. ewpire's outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
